Racking Configuration

Nearside Racking

The nearside system features multiple deep drawers, ideal for storing larger hand tools, consumables, and parts. Above these are open shelf sections, perfect for quick-grab equipment or bulkier items. The layout ensures technicians can access essential equipment quickly, reducing downtime on-site.

Offside Racking

The offside section is equipped with a run of stacked drawer units, flanked by small parts bins and divided storage cubbies. These are perfect for organising fittings, connectors, and smaller service tools in a logical, repeatable setup. A key feature here is the integrated 24mm marine-grade resin-coated plywood workbench — a durable and chemical-resistant surface that supports in-van servicing, light assembly, or repair work. This heavy-duty bench allows the technician to work securely without unloading equipment onto the ground.

Bulkhead Area

At the bulkhead, the powerful MIGI 602 compressor-generator has been installed securely to ensure maximum stability and operational safety. Its positioning allows for easy access to controls while maintaining optimal balance within the van. The layout also preserves airflow and clearance for routine maintenance.

Rear Access

The rear doors open directly into a clear central aisle, allowing unobstructed movement from front to back. This access pathway ensures that technicians can reach any tool or piece of equipment without having to remove or reposition other items — crucial for jobs where speed and organisation matter.
