What Is Small Fleet Fitting?
There is no pre set definition as to what is considered a “Small Fleet” we prefer to view it as any business that has more than one van that requires some or all of the many services we are able to provide as part of our one stop solution. We do know though that the following are important to small fleet operators: budget and lead time control, fleet uniformity, access to best in class products, bespoke design services, quality control and ability for supplier to scale up.
At Van Racking Solutions we have gained experience in working with fleet operators and understand that within your fleet you may have a varying mix of vehicles with different operator requirements. We can easily produce as many designs as needed to suit each individual vehicle within the fleet, whilst ensuring the overall company identity flows through the fleet. We are able to work with you to develop a rolling replacement programme to help minimise lead times.
What Are The Benefits?
As a business we understand the cost implications of vehicles being off the road and therefore not being able to deliver your products and services to customers. We will work with you to ensure projects are delivered on time so you that you are able to plan ahead. Whilst we are experienced in working with fleet operators we do not have a production line mentality, this means even though there are multiple vehicles to be completed, each vehicle will benefit from the same level of care and attention to detail as if we were fitting a single van for your business. Your company can benefit from access to products from Syncro Systems, Rhino, Armorgard, Merlin and Guardian to name a few. We are able to accept direct delivery if required from the supplying dealer and even arrange delivery back to most UK locations.

This means we can focus closely on a particular customers problem and write about how we went about solving it for them. Small fleets and the unique problems operators face feature in our case studies, have a read below….
What Our Clients Say
“We have used van racking solutions on a number of occasions. We have found the process, from start to finish, to be first rate. The preparation, identifying the customer needs and in particular the standard of fit to be excellent. We have used more expensive German fittings before, which have not stood the test of time, such as these have. Will never look elsewhere going forward.”
