Van Racking Solutions offer a wide range of replacement van floors and linings. Each one is manufactured to fit each individual vehicle. The most popular floor is the 12mm Marine Grade Ply (phenolic floor) with a resin coating and marble grey finish. Floors are anti slip and easy to keep clean. A Marine Grade Ply floor is an ideal solid base for racking to be bolted too. Other options include a rubberised floor or Chequer Plate Aluminium.
Full Lining kit options include Polypropylene, Chequer Plate Aluminium amongst others. Polypropylene lining kits are 6mm honeycomb construction. The kits are easy to fit, lighter than ply and can be wiped clean.
Wheel arch kits are available to give full protection if required.
