Project Ref: MAX003

About the project

Citroen Berlingo van racking for a customer supplying WiFi services for outdoor events.  Customer needed to keep main loading area of the van free, but still have storage for tools and parts. Most of the work is done away from the van so made sense to have the racking units easily accessible without having to get inside the vehicle. Obvious solution was to block off rear doors with racking, leaving side door free for loading access.

Two rows of different sized Lin bins provides open storage for parts and components, units can be easily lifted off the shelf and taken on site if needed. Two metal parts cases supplied with colour coded insert trays, for storage of small parts. Similar to Lin bins, cases can be lifted of the shelf and taken to the job. Two shallow and one deeper drawer provides storage for tools and equipment. Floor level has open storage area for larger items with a handy drop down front keeping things in place during transit. Replacement 12mm floor supplied and fitted as part of the installation, Marine grade ply floor provides a stable base for the racking and also enhances the appearance of the inside of the van.
