“From the moment we engaged with Van Racking Solutions their customer service and expertise has been excellent. Arriva believed it knew what they wanted but Van Racking took time to really test our requirements so that they built a van we would need. This spec was critical to a new role and approach Arriva are taking within the Engineering functional across the UK so the van had to be right to please a very demanding audience. Suffice to say what was eventually delivered was quite different from what we initially thought we wanted. In addition VRS were happy to liaise directly with the Van manufacture to arrange delivery and coordinate the work. We will be using them again in the future. “I am glad I came across Syncro Racking Systems via Van Racking Solutions. This is exactly what I was looking for. After making enquiries online over the weekend. Ashley, a brilliant sales rep, from Van Racking Solutions called me back first thing Monday morning and then we started talking and going through my requirements. I had made a sketch of what I wanted and collectively me, Ashley and the design team at Van Racking Solutions came up with this final design. After getting the quote for final design, I made the deposit and the racking was ordered.
