Citroen Relay racking for heating services. Design was customer lead to solve a particular storage problem and has some interesting features.

Bulkhead and van roof

Bespoke storage unit built with a lift up cover which also doubles as a workbench if required. Three 20w LED light strips installed in the vans roof with motion sensors and programmed shutdown time.

Drivers side

Racking unit at the bulkhead end features open storage at floor level with a row of six large lift of the shelf lin bin style units. There are two levels of open shelving units for general storage, supplied with removable mats and dividers. To solve the short ladder storage issue the tops of the racking uprights have special bump rail positioned to protect the ladders that rest on top of the racking. Ladders are secured in the vehicle with the aid of rail and straps above, ladders can be accessed easily and secured in position safely while in transit. At the rear of the van the wheel arch is enclosed with an extended covered unit providing more storage and a low work bench area if needed. Additional rail and straps added at two levels to make it easier to secure bulky items.

Passengers side

Deliberately left clear but with a couple of useful features. Rail and straps added at mid height with another rail above which includes four adjustable telescopic hooks. Telescopic hooks are a flexible storage solution for a variety of long items, pipework or similar.
