About the project
Citroen Relay racking maintenance van. Vehicle is used daily for a wide variety of tasks, we produced a fairly simple design that allows for both storage and flexible working. Drivers side has open shelving units at the bulkhead end, set at different heights to make it easy to store different sized items easily. Open shelving can be moved up or down in height, within each modular unit because that helps make it a versatile racking system. Two lockable cupboards which can be used for either PPE or tools that need to be kept locked away. The rear of the drivers side gets a workbench with power socket for easy access when working at the bench.
Passengers side of the van has some more open shelving and a stack of eight metal tool and parts cases located near to the sliding door for quick accessibility. The top level of the passengers side gets transparent tilt bins for fast access to fixings or consumables. Open storage at floor level features throughout the design meaning there is always room to store large bulky items with ease.
Hygiene Station
We really like the hygiene station on the end of the racking by the sliding door. Teal hot hand wash, heavy duty hand cleaner dispenser, hand sanitiser dispenser plus a paper towel wipe unit.
Electrical Install
We were happy to install the customers supplied Inverter and complimented this with power sockets and low power protection, alongside LED lighting strips in the roof for a bright working environment
