Ford Connect false floor
Van of choice for many businesses for a variety of reasons. This customer operates a farm Veterinary practice it is the ideal solution, Van Racking Solutions have helped them achieve the best of both worlds. When you have a smaller compact van then a false floor with underfloor drawers ticks all the boxes. Big plus is you have massive storage capacity with our long drawers, whilst keeping the van space completely clear.
Products we used for the false floor with underfloor drawer storage
Ford Connect false floor with four-drawer storage. Underfloor storage systems provide a comprehensive storage solution leaving the full load space of the van completely clear. This underfloor kit has two large drawers to the rear of the van which are 1340mm deep 540mm wide and 252mm in height. Two shallow drawers accessible from the passenger’s side door are 950mm deep 540mm wide and 252mm high. Drawer unit configuration supports the false floor secured on top of the drawer units. Drawers are supplied with removable mats and dividers, therefore individually partitioned areas are easily created to help organise tools or parts as required.
False floor constructed from 12mm marine grade ply with a resin coating and marble grey finish. The raised floor is anti slip and easy to keep clean and whilst this customer wanted the floor area left clear it is possible to have additional racking on top. It is also possible to have a large drawer on the passenger side door instead of the two shallow drawers in this example.
