Ford Custom racking forklift van. A household name in handling equipment asked us to produce a design for one of their service vans. Customer knew roughly what they wanted so after a few suggestions from us we set about producing a design.

The drivers side at the bulkhead end has open storage at floor level which is the ideal location for the case secure system. A case secure system with straps makes it quick and easy to secure cases in position. Above are Six plastic Galaxy cases which are supplied with coloured insert trays, perfect for small parts, the lid is transparent so no need to open the case to check stock levels. Two levels of flexible open shelving with removable mats and dividers are above the cases. Towards the rear doors there are Fourteen Lin bin style opens storage units, the larger bins come with recessed fold flat carry handles so can be taken to the job if required. Across the top of the racking is an extendable top tray with hinged access flap, ideal for those longer difficult to store items

Passengers side has a classic workbench with four steel drawers below, perfect for storing often heavy tools onboard. At the rear door is a drop down vice support with extending leg, these are tough bits of kit and ideally suited for heavier duty jobs that need to be done whilst out on the road.
