Project Ref: JON002

About the project

Ford Custom service van racking for a haulage customer. Great example of how a racking system can work in different ways depending on how the operator prefers to work. This van has a tailgate at the rear so it created the opportunity to block off the back completely and utilise the tailgate to provide cover for an outdoor working space. Rear drawer stack with seven drawers and a working surface on top with a heavy duty drop down vice. Inside the van is kept fairly simple with a functional open shelving system both sides with some additional lin bin storage for parts. The bulkhead was left clear to accommodate a large air compressor unit. This project also benefits from an electrics install consisting of a powerful Kisae 2000w Inverter system and low power protection with two sockets to the rear of the vehicle.

Design highlights | Replacement 12mm resin floor – anti slip and easy to keep clean | Rear facing Drawer stack | Working surface | Drop Down vice with supporting leg | Kisae 2000w Inverter & sockets | Outdoor work area
