MAN TGE Van Racking For Fleet Maintenance

This project required us to provide MAN TGE van racking for a fleet maintenance customer. It features a fleet maintenance vehicle with a full racking system including a Migi combined compressor generator and high level external air tank. A chequer plate Aluminium full floor not only provides a solid working floor but also gives a massive lift to the vehicles appearance.

Drivers side has the Migi 502 model with the Air tank placed at high level away from the machine as this was the best use of space. Open shelving is above the Migi and then a compact locker unit. There is a Steel drawer stack housing a total of Eleven drawers of varying widths and depths to accommodate tools. Floor level has covered storage with a lift up front to keep bulky difficult to store items. Passengers side has a workbench with Four Steel drawers with a mixture of Transparent drawers and Tilt bins above the working area. Three side access drawers by the side door which can easily be accessed from outside the vehicle.
