MAN van storage racking system for roadside truck assist business

Multi vehicle project for a growing business who operate several service vehicles in the commercial truck assistance industry. Racking system and electrical installation complimented by a Migi 402 combined compressor generator with 100 ltr air tank. The van gets a complete polypropylene lining kit which is lightweight, easy to keep clean and lifts the overall appearance inside the van.

Drivers side features a multi function Migi 402 combined compressor generator designed to fit within the racking system. Above the Migi are two levels of open shelving which are supplied with removable mats and dividers. Top row of lin bin style open storage containers provide storage for consumables and parts. Towards the rear of the van the wheel arch area has covered storage with a drop down front. Stack of five steel drawers provides ample room for tools and equipment and additional open shelf storage is both next to and above the drawer stack. Seven large open storage lin bins are in addition to the twenty four storage bins running the full length of the vehicle.

Passengers side has covered storage at floor level with a stack of six metal service cases on slide out shelves, each case has coloured inserts for organised storage of small items. Next to the cases are five deep steel drawers each one with dividers and anti slip mats. Passengers side has workbench with electrical sockets just above the bench. The end of the racking unit has two strips of rail, ideal for strapping large items.

Bulkhead space is not wasted and has its own stack of six wide steel drawers topped off with a workbench and electric socket above. The bulkhead also accommodates the electrics installation board featuring a 1000w Kisae inverter and full 24v/12v electrics system plus supporting protection.
