Mercedes Sprinter van racking for commercial vehicle Service van. There are lots of highlights with this build, but we really like the Migi Compressor Generator occupying the width of the rear of the van, it’s the first thing that can be seen when opening the rear doors. The Migi’s external Air tank sits at high level therefore no valuable space is wasted. Behind the machine is a partition that divides off the rear completely, meaning the rest of the van is effectively separate from the van’s main working area.

Moving into the main part of the van on the Driver side there are Twenty Euro crates in mixed sizes, providing superb storage alongside a stack of Eight service cases for tools, parts or components. The racking design as it nears the bulkhead area wraps around into an L shape, because this provides a really spacious workbench area with Steel drawers underneath, the bench is finished with a Stainless Steel working surface. Floor level storage is covered, with hinged lift up access flaps. Strategically positioned transparent drawer units and tilt bin combinations takes care of the smaller parts storage and ensures no usable space is wasted. Passenger’s side benefits from Four levels of flexible open shelves supplied with removable mats and dividers.
