Mercedes Vito van racking for a catering customer, with above all emphasis on designing the layout to be easily accessible. If some of the most frequently used tools and parts are accessible from the passengers side door, that saves you even more time, all those time savings add up during the working day – because time efficiency really does add up to money saved.

Drivers side includes Six wide steel drawers of varying depths, Two service cases, complete with colour coded insert trays to keep small parts and components separated. Covered wheel arch area with drop down front. Passengers side  has open shelving with removable mats and dividers for flexible storage. A double row of transparent pull out drawers completes this side of the build. Passengers side door features Six large Euro crates with retaining straps for fast access from outside of the vehicle. At floor level there is a fast lock off clamping system for the Engineers own cases. No space is wasted in this install with rail and straps on the bulkhead and on the end of the racking units. Extra LED lighting was also installed to significantly improve the  visibility inside the van.
