After speaking with the van user to discover what type of equipment was carried, and the way they wanted the van racking to work for them, we recommended a raised floor underfloor drawer system.

Products we used for the racking installation

We installed a long drawer underfloor system. This popular solution provides two long and deep drawers, accessible from the rear of the van plus, a single drawer, accessible via the passenger side door. If you have a twin door van it is possible to have the drawers accessible from the driver’s side, depending on the van model. It is also possible to have a side drawer on both sides, providing maximum flexibility and storage capacity.
An underfloor drawer system provides the required structural support for the raised floor to be secured too. Users then have the choice to keep the loading area of the van completely clear or add additional racking storage units on top of the false floor.
Underfloor drawers come supplied with removable mats and dividers, making it easy to create different sized partitioned storage areas. Fitted with steel ball bearing guides, these drawers can handle significant weight.
