Vauxhall Vivaro Van Racking For Pest Control

This project required us to provide Vauxhall Vivaro van racking for a pest control customer. Due to the varied work and locations that this business operates in, our brief was to design a system that made the racking easy to access from outside the van. The rear of the van has a large stack of transparent drawers units facing outwards from the back. There are twenty four drawers in this section, mounted on a large covered storage area so all drawers are easily accessible. The driver’s side door gets three levels of open shelving facing outwards for flexible easy access storage. Inside the van there is a locker unit, covered storage over the wheel arch area plus some transparent tilt bins which sit back to back with the racking at the drivers side door.
