How are van drawers constructed?
Syncro System drawers are manufactured from tough high strength steel, front panels feature a recessed handle meaning no protruding parts. Safety mechanism automatically holds drawers closed, opened simply by pressing a mechanism in the recessed handle. Steel ball bearing telescopic guides allow drawers to be pulled out beyond normal length enabling full drawer access. Strong ball bearing runners means drawers can take significant weight. Deeper draws benefit from two guides each side of the drawer, increasing weight capacity.
How many different sized van drawers are available?
Absolutely, drawers are available in a wide variety of heights, lengths and depths.
Four heights : 72,108,144 and 216mm
Three lengths : 507,760 and 1014mm
Three depths : 310,360 and 410mm
Drawers supplied with removable mats and dividers therefore, really easy to create different sized spaces. In addition drawers with a height of 72 or 108mm can have plastic mini bins, ideal for organising small parts or fixings.
Options available for special side access drawers ,meaning fast and easy access to tools and equipment without having to get inside the vehicle.

Can I have long underfloor drawers with a raised top?
