Arriva believed it knew what they wanted but Van Racking took time to really test our requirements so that they built a van we would need. “I am glad I came across Syncro Racking Systems via Van Racking Solutions. This is exactly what I was looking for. After making enquiries online over the weekend. Ashley, a brilliant sales rep, from Van Racking Solutions called me back first thing Monday morning and then we started talking and going through my requirements. I had made a sketch of what I wanted and collectively me, Ashley and the design team at Van Racking Solutions came up with this final design. After getting the quote for final design, I made the deposit and the racking was ordered. Despite the current pandemic and the recent exit from Europe, my racking was delivered to me in 5 weeks by Matt and one of his colleagues from Van Racking Solutions.
